July 29 - Aug 7, 2019. We will be closed to give our staff members a week of vacation.
The team works hard year-round and would love to spend a week with their families without having to worry about the shop. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may bring you. Along with giving our staff a break, we will also take advantage of the time being closed to complete some needed remolding. To better serve you, we decided to go ahead and close the shop. With this we, don’t have to risk losing or gaining bad reviews and potentially affecting our reputation.
We do appreciate you as our client and love all your pups beyond words! Even though this is the first time we close for an extended period of time, we made this decision with you in mind. Once we re-open we will be excited to see you and the pups again. Hopefully with compliments of the new space. Although, we will be working hard to provide the best service to you and the dogs we know we will have complaints. We hope this letter offers some understanding and peace of mind.
For that reason, we would like to thank those who are understanding. If you have a complaint please ask to speak with myself, Diego, or with my sweetheart Leslie. We will be more than happy to shine some light on any concerns.
Again, our sincere apologies to those who would need to board during this week. For grooming appointments. Let’s not wait until the last minute. There’s plenty of time before we close so we can get you in the books before and after.
